Breakfast is good for our health because we have not eaten the whole night, and after sleep, we just need to take some good snacks to be active.

We should make it a habit with our kids to eat the food at the dining table by sitting because when kids have a habit of eating in front of the TV while doing anything else, they consume energy and do not get the proper nutrition from the food.

• Eat slowly

Eating habits should be taught to your kids because it also teaches them manners of eating and teaches them what to eat and how to eat it. We should teach them to eat slowly because eating slowly helps them digest the food easily and also gives them proper nutrition with each bite.
